A reputable Primary Special Education Institution is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join a mixed Key Stage 2 class. The role involves providing dedicated support to a student facing significant behavioural, emotional, and mental health challenges. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will have the chance to engage closely with children experiencing mental health issues, exhibiting challenging behaviours, and having learning disabilities such as Autism.

The institution is centrally located, and convenient parking facilities are available.

This Primary institution is in search of a confident and committed Learning Support Assistant who is enthusiastic and dedicated to enhancing a child's educational journey. While graduates are encouraged to apply, a degree is not a strict requirement. Previous experience working with children in any capacity will be advantageous for this role.

Ideally, the successful candidate will demonstrate strong behaviour management skills and preferably possess some form of restraint training.
