We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Psychology Graduate to join our team at Academics Ltd. As a Psychology Graduate, you will play a vital role in supporting the mental health and well-being of children with SEMH, SEN, ASD, and ADHD.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of child psychology and be able to provide individualized support to students with complex needs. You will work closely with our experienced team to develop and implement strategies to promote positive behavior and academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to students with SEMH, SEN, ASD, and ADHD.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote positive behavior and academic success.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans.
  • Monitor and record student progress, providing regular updates to parents and teachers.

Requirements:

  • Psychology Graduate degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of child psychology and behavior management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive daily rate: £80-90.
  • Full-time position, 8:30 am - 4 pm.
