About the Role

Sue Ryder St Johns Hospice is a leading provider of palliative and end-of-life care in the community. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Assistant to join our team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and support to patients and their families
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to deliver individualized care plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment

Requirements

  • NVQ and/or QCF Level 2 qualification (or willingness to gain)
  • Experience of working in a team
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Word, the internet, and email
  • Strong communication skills and empathetic approach
