We are seeking experienced Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers to join our team at Workforce Personnel. - Assist with manual handling and personal care.
- Support clients with activities and promote independent living.
- At least 1 year of experience in a UK care setting.
- A caring and empathetic nature.
- Sensitivity towards the needs of vulnerable individuals.
- Reliable working ethics.
- Good writing skills and communication skills.
- An active team player.
- Ability to follow instructions and work flexible shifts.
- Previous experience working in a similar environment within a care setting.
- Ability to undertake an Enhanced DBS check.
