Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employment agreements and ensure compliance with UK employment law.
  • Facilitate contract modifications and oversee the signing of essential documents such as Financial Statements and Director Resolutions.
  • Act as the primary contact for all companies within the group, offering guidance on new contracts, potential issues, and general legal inquiries.
  • Conduct ad hoc legal research as required.
