Probate Solicitor/Legal Executive Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Probate Solicitor/Legal Executive to join our team at QED Legal LLP. As a key member of our Private Client department, you will be responsible for managing a personal caseload of complex and high-value contentious probate matters.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to take on a challenging and rewarding role. You will be working closely with our Private Client Partner and the wider team to deliver exceptional client service and achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a personal caseload of between 35 and 50 varied, complex, and often high-value cases, including responsibility for day-to-day client relationships.
Requirements
  • Intellectual curiosity, commerciality, and practicality.
  • Ability to deal flexibly with a wide range of business partners and clients.
  • Ability to take full responsibility for cases and strategy (subject to supervisory and group support).
  • Experience of running contentious probate cases including a good mix of acting for defendants and claimants.
  • Collaborative approach to supervision and development of the team.
