Job Requirements

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Maths and English, with a minimum of a grade C or above in GCSE. They will also possess excellent IT skills, well-developed organisational and communication skills, and a basic understanding of child development and learning strategies.

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, supporting pupils' learning and overall well-being, assisting teachers and other colleagues in the classroom and in small group interventions, recording and collating information, developing good relationships with parents/carers, colleagues and partner organisations, preparing classroom resources, equipment and materials, and supporting the implementation of whole school strategies, including literacy.
