About The Role

We're seeking enthusiastic individuals to become part of our Butlin's Team. Our teams create unforgettable experiences for our guests, and we're looking for amazing team members to join us in our bar, restaurant, and leisure teams. No experience is necessary, and we'll provide all the training you need.

As a Ride Operator, you'll be greeting and interacting with guests to make them feel welcome, operating rides, and supervising play areas with a sense of theatre. You'll be responsible for checking height restrictions to ensure we're complying with all health and safety regulations.

We're offering permanent positions at our fairground on an 8 or 16 hour basis. You'll work alongside a fantastic team, and we'll support you every step of the way to ensure you gain the skills and confidence to truly get stuck in.

About You

You don't need any experience to work as part of our teams. If you have a warm, friendly manner and love to chat to people, we can teach you the ins and outs of working as part of our team. If you do have any previous experience, we'd love to hear from you.

Being a great team player is essential, and you should also enjoy the buzz of a busy environment. No day will ever be the same, so you should be happy to try new things and chat to lots of different people.

We're open in the week and during the weekend, so you'll need some flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Do let us know your availability at the application stage, and we can have a chat with you about this in more detail.
