Part Time Ride Operator

About the Role
We're seeking passionate individuals to join our Butlin's team as Ride Operators. Our teams create unforgettable experiences for our guests, and we're looking for amazing team members to join us in our bar, restaurant, and leisure teams.
No experience is necessary, and we'll provide all the training you need. Working alongside a fantastic team, we'll support you every step of the way to ensure you gain the skills and confidence to excel in your role.
As a Ride Operator, you'll be responsible for:
- Greeting and interacting with guests to make them feel welcome
- Operating rides and supervising play areas with a sense of theatre
- Checking height restrictions to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
We're offering permanent positions at our fairground on an 8 or 16 hour basis. Our resorts are open during the week and on weekends, so you'll need some flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
About You
You don't need any experience to work with us. If you have a warm, friendly manner and enjoy interacting with people, we can teach you the ins and outs of working as part of our team. If you do have any previous experience, we'd love to hear from you.
Being a great team player is essential, and you should also enjoy the buzz of a busy environment. No day will ever be the same, so you should be happy to try new things and chat to lots of different people.
