Supporter Engagement Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join UNICEF UK as a Supporter Engagement Manager, working to promote Gifts in Wills as a way of giving to UNICEF. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for stewarding our most valuable supporters who have pledged to leave a gift in their Will to UNICEF.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop engaging supporter journeys to cultivate relationships with our most valuable supporters.
- Help supporters who wish to leave a gift in memory of a loved one, providing a nurturing and supportive experience.
- Build relationships with supporters, adapting to their preferred communication channels to deliver excellent stewardship and cultivation.
- Develop the objectives for Gifts in Wills events, including our flagship Summer Garden Party.
- Take responsibility for a portfolio of individual relationships, understanding supporter motivations and needs, and responding in a nurturing way.
- Previous experience of Legacy Fundraising, a relationship or supporter/customer-facing role.
- Project management skills, as well as the ability to capture and manage data efficiently and appropriately.
- A strong understanding of supporter motivations and needs, with the ability to respond in a nurturing way.
