Key Responsibilities
  • Provide monitoring and care for patients in a seriously ill or unstable condition.
  • Support emergency admissions, planned admissions, and post-surgery patients and their families.
  • Communicate clinical information effectively to ensure understanding.
  • Adhere to the NMC professional Code of Conduct.
  • Perform patient observations, write care plans, and make referrals.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years post-graduate experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
