About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team at Insignia Group of Companies. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in shaping our recruitment strategy and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Head of Talent Acquisition in all recruitment matters, ensuring seamless collaboration across the organization.
  • Develop and implement effective talent sourcing strategies, leveraging online channels and social media to attract top talent globally.
  • Curate and post job adverts on various job boards, maintaining close communication with Hiring Managers to ensure accurate representation of our Employer Value Proposition.
  • Conduct headhunting and candidate research on LinkedIn Recruiter for confidential roles, identifying and engaging with potential candidates who align with our company's vision.
  • Support the recruitment process by arranging interviews, screening candidate CVs, and producing offer letters for new hires.
  • Manage a portfolio of vacancies across the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of recruitment-related issues.
  • Maintain strong relationships with Hiring Managers, keeping them informed on recruitment progress and providing regular updates on candidate status.
  • Contribute to projects aimed at enhancing our recruitment capability, such as developing interview toolkits, job adverts, and descriptions.
  • Provide general HR support, including contract creation, new hire onboarding, and HR correspondence.
  • Deliver weekly reports on the status of all active roles, ensuring transparency and accountability in our recruitment process.
Professional Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success in hiring roles across various sectors.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other job boards, as well as experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Confident and approachable communication skills, with a strong focus on building relationships with Hiring Managers and candidates.
  • Highly detail-focused and conscientious, with the ability to negotiate and resolve recruitment-related issues.
  • An interest in Luxury Services/Finance is desirable, but not essential.
