Position Overview:
The Retail Operations Leader is accountable for enhancing business results, leading the store team, and ensuring superior customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance sales and profitability while exemplifying exceptional customer service standards
- Uphold high visual merchandising practices and maintain a pristine store environment
- Oversee Health & Safety compliance, inventory management, payroll oversight, and team objectives
- Inspire and develop the team to meet performance targets
- Collaborate with upper management and HR on personnel matters
- Recruit and nurture a high-performing workforce
- Manage cash handling, banking operations, and competitor analysis
- Formulate strategic initiatives with management to achieve business objectives
- Implement measures for loss prevention
- Conduct regular performance reviews and appraisals with team members
- Address customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism
- Embody and promote the company's core values within the team
- Execute additional tasks and projects as assigned
Position Requirements:
- Willingness to travel to other locations as necessary
- Supervise Assistant Manager and team members
Financial Oversight:
- Accountable for managing the store's budget
Work Schedule:
- Availability required for 5 out of 7 days, including weekends, early mornings, late evenings, and flexible hours

Essential Skills:
