Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for our passengers.
  • Ensure the safe and punctual departure of trains from the station, adhering to strict procedures and protocols.
  • Provide helpful information and assistance to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe station environment, prioritizing the safety of customers, colleagues, and visitors.

Requirements
