Job Title: Orthopaedic Scrub Practitioner

Spire Norwich is seeking an experienced Orthopaedic Scrub Practitioner to join their busy theatre department.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to support our team in delivering high-quality patient care. As an Orthopaedic Scrub Practitioner, you will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of care to patients undergoing orthopaedic procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessing patient needs and implementing care plans
  • Providing planned care for patients within the perioperative stage
  • Assisting in the management and organisation of care provision within the Scrub/Recovery team
  • Acting as either Scrub/Recovery Practitioner across a range of clinical specialities
  • Working across multi-disciplinary teams
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a HCPC registered ODP or an NMC registered Nurse with no restrictions. You will also require at least 2 years of experience in orthopaedic scrubbing.
