Are you ready to take on a role that challenges your analytical skills and fosters your original thinking? As an EHS Specialist at Hubbell, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all EHS regulations, internal policies, and best practices.

A Day In The Life
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Engage in incident investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective actions, to prevent future incidents.
  • Foster a strong safety culture through effective communication and relationship-building across the organization.
  • Develop and implement safety training programs to educate employees on EHS procedures and best practices.
  • Serve as an alternate emergency coordinator and First Responder, ensuring the organization is prepared for emergency situations.
What will help you thrive in this role?
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint & Forms)
  • Familiar with manufacturing processes and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to work day shift and some off-shift hours to support safety activities across 3 shifts
  • Bachelor's degree; Prior work experience with relevant EHS duties can be substituted for degree requirement
  • Prefer minimum of 1 year of experience in the Environment, Health, and Safety Field
