Job Summary

Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a highly skilled EHS Specialist to join our team. As an EHS Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all EHS regulations, internal policies, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Incident Investigations: Conduct thorough investigations into incidents, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Safety Culture Development: Foster a strong safety culture through effective communication and relationship-building across the organization.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all EHS regulations, internal policies, and best practices.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement safety training programs and serve as an alternate emergency coordinator and First Responder.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: Prior work experience with relevant EHS duties can be substituted for degree requirement.
  • Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint & Forms), OSHA 10 / 30, RCRA, DOT, HAZWOPER 8 or higher, DOT, First Aid, CPR & AED Training, Fall Protection Competent Person, confined Space Competent Person, and/or NFPA 70E.
  • Availability: Must be available for day shift and occasional off-shift hours to support activities across three shifts.
