Key Responsibilities- Build effective relationships with participants, working collaboratively to identify and overcome barriers to employment.
- Partner with participants to create comprehensive action plans, identifying career opportunities and employment-related barriers.
- Provide job search support, guiding participants to register on relevant job boards and ensuring their digital profiles are up-to-date.
- Ensure participants have a professional CV, supporting statement, and covering letter tailored for each application.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working in a performance-target driven environment.
- Desire to help people and make a positive impact.
