Salary: £32,500 - £40,000 per annum, DOE + Benefits

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager (ARLA) to join our team in Prestwich, North Manchester. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring that they are let and maintained to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of properties, including lettings, viewings, and maintenance
- Ensure that properties are let and maintained to a high standard
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and tenants
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth lettings process
- Contribute to the development of the lettings team and the company as a whole
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- ARLA qualification or equivalent
- Experience in property management, preferably in a lettings agency
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office
