Senior Claims Manager for Property Investment Sales

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Claims Manager to join our team at Let Property. As a Senior Claims Manager, you will be responsible for resolving account disputes and handling claims for fees issued by our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolving all account disputes in a timely and effective manner
- Handling claims for fees issued by our clients with professionalism and expertise
- Assisting the legal team with any matters presented
- Developing and implementing current systems and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing client claims, preferably in the insurance or debt collection industry
- Excellent negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written communication skills and ability to draft clear and concise reports
- Basic knowledge of property sales and property law (desirable)
