We are in search of a seasoned professional to enhance our Customer Trade Planning division. In the role of Senior Manager of Customer Trade Strategy, you will be instrumental in refining and executing our Customer Marketing Strategy. Collaborating closely with the Customer Marketing and purchasing teams, you will spearhead initiatives aimed at driving category performance and sales through effective campaigns and promotions.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and enhance Customer Trade Planning and campaign effectiveness
  • Manage the complete lifecycle of the Customer Trade Strategy
  • Foster relationships and serve as a key liaison among various departments
  • Develop innovative trading approaches and leverage market intelligence
  • Lead cross-functional event teams and establish actionable plans
  • Assist in formulating the long-term customer trade schedule
  • Define performance metrics and supervise their evaluation

Essential Skills:

  • At least 5 years of experience in trade planning or commercial purchasing
  • Deep understanding of retail dynamics and customer-focused roles
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills across all organizational levels
  • Demonstrated leadership and decision-making capabilities
  • Experience in project management and stakeholder engagement
  • Commercial acumen with a keen interest in promotional activities
  • Outstanding stakeholder relationship management skills
