GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a skilled Planning Manager to join our team. As a Planning Manager, you will be responsible for planning labour across the entirety of the operation to meet daily volume targets and agreed KPIs.
Key Responsibilities- Plan labour across the operation to meet daily volume targets and agreed KPIs.
- Reduce labour cost throughout the year by 2% by utilizing thorough planning methods to best deliver on performance and service.
- Assist senior management throughout the budgeting process to ensure best service is always offered.
- Develop planning tools to be used across the operation to support effective staffing levels.
- Experience in development and implementation of planning models.
- Excellent communication skills and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Experience working in a 3PL fast-moving planning environment.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and able to translate this into meaningful information.
