Job Description

OSP Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their Building Management Systems (BMS) servicing division. The successful candidate will work with new and existing clients and contractors throughout the specified areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for making backups of software and strategy files as required for all sites visited under a service agreement.
  • Responsible for taking electrical LAN maps of site architecture (if applicable) for all sites visited under a service.
  • Carry out conditional site surveys as required and produce fully detailed reports complete with recommendations.
  • Responsible for commissioning various DDC control systems (Trend, Cylon, Siemens and Tridium) * completing wiring and commissioning schedules, updating control panel drawings and the description of operation in the commissioning file (*Additional systems training will be provided where necessary).
  • Responsible for creating software, wiring & commissioning schedules and O&M documentation complete with description of operation.
  • Technical expertise on multiple BMS/HVAC products (trend, tridium, schneider, siemens, ALC).
  • Customer Service Skills - ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
