Seasonal Harvest Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Seasonal Harvest Temp. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our Mobile Seed Processing Plant operations.
Key Responsibilities- Drive company van to farms, following the Mobile Seed Processing Plant to ensure efficient seed processing.
- Process farm seed to the highest quality standards.
- Assist in setting up the processor and maintaining good levels of stock.
- Liaise with the operator to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
- No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided.
- Full UK driving licence is required.
- Agricultural, engineering, or grain handling experience is advantageous.
Competitive hourly rate of £11.44ph, with overtime paid at time and a half. Wages are paid on a weekly basis. Standard hours are 07.00am to 4pm, Monday to Friday (40hrs basic). Additional hours worked on weekends or after the 40-hour mark in the week will be paid at overtime rates.
