Key Responsibilities:
- Support the store team in boosting sales and ensuring smooth store operations.
- Help customers discover and buy wines, beers, and spirits they'll love this Christmas.
- Drive store performance by embracing sales opportunities and exceeding targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
- Share your passion for our products with customers.
- Maintain the store's impeccable appearance.
- Contribute to operational tasks, including delivering wine to customers, merchandising stock deliveries, and calling valued customers to drive sales opportunities.
- Ensure safe operations by following internal policies and training.
Requirements:
- Excellent time management, delegation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Self-motivated, able to thrive when working alone and as part of a team.
- A can-do attitude with a knack for solving challenges.
- Adaptable and resilient to meet the ever-changing demands of our business.
- Wine, beer, and spirits knowledge is a plus, but a passion for learning is essential.
- Hold a full UK/EU/EEA driving license for at least 12 months with no more than 6 penalty points.
