We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced medical professional to provide senior medical support to our inpatient unit, which specializes in older adult mental health care.
Main Responsibilities- Liaise with medical colleagues to support clinical activity, including meetings, CPAs, tribunals, and Mental Health Act-related activities.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to support patient care and admission arrangements.
- Diagnose and formulate management plans with supervision as required.
- Assess and manage risk, including vulnerability, suicide risk, and risks to health and safety.
- Work in partnership with local GPs and external partners.

Person Specification- Medical Degree
- Full GMC Registration
- 4 years full-time postgraduate or equivalent experience
- Registered or eligible to register for CPD with the Royal College of Psychiatrists
