Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of Sports & Activities staff to deliver high-quality guest experiences.
- Develop and implement operational plans to ensure seamless delivery of sports and activities programs.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of guest service, ensuring that all interactions are friendly, efficient, and professional.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of events and activities.
- Identify and address any operational issues or concerns, implementing solutions to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.
We are looking for a seasoned leader with a proven track record in managing teams within a sports and activities environment. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team to deliver exceptional results. Your strong leadership skills, combined with your passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences, make you an ideal candidate for this role.
Requirements- Previous experience in leading a team within a sports and activities environment.
