Electrical Maintenance Technician Opportunity

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team in Glasgow. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of electrical systems across our social housing contract.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems to prevent faults and defects.
  • Carry out installation work and complete certification as required.
  • Operate and interrogate Building Management Systems (BMS) to optimize system performance.
  • Conduct basic building fabric repairs and ensure all relevant paperwork is completed and submitted to the contract administrator.
  • Identify and record plant failures using quotation forms and issue to the line manager for review.
  • Ensure suitable spares are available for maintenance and reactive works.
  • Provide parts lists and estimated timescales for remedial works.
