Swimming Instructor Opportunity

Nuffield Health is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Swimming Instructor to join our team at our Fulham location. As a Swimming Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering safe and effective swimming lessons to our customers.

About the Role:

  • Deliver one-to-one and group swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of our customers
  • Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for our customers
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve targets and improve lesson performance
  • Promote memberships and explain the benefits of our facilities

Requirements:

  • Swim England Level 2 or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings
