About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our Assessment Delivery team at NCFE.

This is a key management role within a critical team, overseeing the accurate and timely release of external assessment results.

You will be accountable for leading sub-teams to meet external deadlines, ensuring NCFE remains operationally compliant, supporting the delivery of major programmes of work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing operational leadership within the Assessment Delivery team
  • Creating, managing, and delivering on key policies and processes
  • Leading on management of risk identification and mitigation approaches
  • Contributing to wider strategic planning and goals

Requirements

  • Experience of working in a regulated environment
  • Knowledge of the key principles of assessment, and experience working with externally set and marked assessments
  • Experience leading a large operational team
  • Experience of implementing operational change, and internal quality assurance principles
  • Exceptional planning skills, with experience in delivering to immovable deadlines
  • Confident communication and the ability to clearly communicate complex ideas to a range of audiences
