Job Summary:
Digital Gurus is seeking a skilled Senior QA Automation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts using a blend of test tooling including Gherkin, Karate, Cypress, and JMeter. You will work closely with development teams to identify test requirements and create comprehensive test plans.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts to validate system functionality and performance.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify test requirements and create comprehensive test plans.
- Perform functional and non-functional testing to identify and resolve issues early in the development cycle.
- Report, track, and manage defects and enhancements using bug tracking systems.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements, provide feedback, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Participate in code reviews and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure all testing activities comply with established company standards and industry best practices.
- Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, scripts, and testing results.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a QA Automation Specialist, with hands-on experience in Gherkin, Karate, Cypress, and JMeter.
- Strong understanding of software development and testing methodologies, frameworks, and tools.
- Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
- Active SC Clearance.
- ISTQB certification.
