We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated NICU Registered Nurse to join our Bank Team at North Bristol NHS Trust. As a Bank NICU Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
Key Responsibilities- Support all clinical areas of the Trust as and when required, providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the smooth operation of the unit.
- Take personal responsibility for ensuring that Trust and local policies and procedures are known and followed, and that duties are carried out in accordance with the advisory guidelines and practice set out in the NMC code.
- Be responsible for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Take responsibility for the supervision and guidance of other staff, including healthcare assistants and students, as required.
- Hold RN (Adult or Paediatric) registration with current NMC license to practice.
- Have relevant experience within the last 18-24 months, with a drive to work hard and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
- Have the ability to commence work within 3 months from offer and be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
