About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team at North Bristol NHS Trust. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care to critically ill newborns and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, and deliver individualized care to neonates with complex medical needs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
  • Provide education and support to families on neonatal care and development
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse qualification with a valid NMC registration
  • Experience in a neonatal or pediatric setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
