Job Title: Registered Nurse - Dementia Care

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in a purpose-built nursing home in Bristol. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to residents with dementia, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Key Responsibilities:

* Monitor blood sugar levels and administer oxygen as required
* Manage wounds and provide comprehensive care to residents
* Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the GP and multidisciplinary team
* Oversee a team of care assistants and provide guidance and support as needed
* Liaise with the GP and multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements:

* Hold a relevant nursing qualification
* Be registered with the NMC
* Have satisfactory references
* Have the right to work in the UK
