The position requires flexibility, as shifts will vary across mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. We offer an enhanced flat rate payment for any overnight shifts undertaken, reflecting our commitment to fair compensation.

We seek candidates who possess a good sense of humor and enjoy engaging with others. The individuals we support are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about participating in activities and is respectful of their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities of a Support Worker:

  • Promoting Independence – Assisting individuals with budgeting, bill payments, household tasks, organizing appointments, and preparing nutritious meals.
  • Building Relationships – Helping those we support to navigate their environment and fostering positive connections.
  • Encouraging Community Engagement – Supporting individuals in accessing local events and activities to enhance their life skills and personal identity.
  • Providing Personal Care – Assisting individuals with daily routines, which may include medication reminders and support with bathing and hygiene. Note that not all roles will involve extensive personal care.
