We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Professional. As a Care Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live independently in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients with daily living tasks, such as getting up and ready for the day, medication support, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and social interaction to help clients feel connected and valued.
- Assist with household tasks, such as cleaning and laundry, to help clients maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.
