Litigation Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Litigation Executive to join our Complex and Catastrophic Injury Team in Manchester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling a caseload of defendant files, assisting Fee Earners as required, and providing exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities- Handle a varied caseload of defendant files, including EL, PL, animal claims, property damage, household claims, RTAs, recoveries, and fatality claims.
- Assist Fee Earners as required, including investigations and direct client account management.
- Provide exceptional client service, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives and deliver high-quality results.
- Completed a law degree, LPC, or GDL.
- Minimum 12 months experience in a complex injury claim handling role, handling a litigated defendant caseload.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
