About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join our team at Citrus Elite Recruitment Ltd. As a Mortgage and Protection Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on mortgage options, terms, and conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with clients to assess their mortgage needs and financial situations
  • Provide guidance and advice on mortgage options, terms, and conditions
  • Assist clients in completing loan applications and gathering necessary documentation
  • Evaluate client creditworthiness and determine loan eligibility
  • Collaborate with underwriters, processors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth loan processing
  • Stay up-to-date on industry regulations, trends, and best practices
  • Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral sources
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan process
Requirements
  • 12 months minimum CAS Advisor experience
  • CeMAP qualified or hold a Cert II qualification or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyse complex financial information and make sound recommendations
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
  • Proficient in using mortgage software systems
What We Offer
  • Basic salary in the region of £24,000 - £25,000 (Depending on experience) with OTE of up to £60,000 - £70,000 in the first year (+ uncapped)
  • Monthly written business bonus of £1k per month if written an agreed amount of business
  • Annual Banking Bonus of up to £5k
  • Company events
Working Arrangements
  • Monday to Friday
  • Working every other Saturday (With a day off in the week)
