**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Loss Adjuster to join our team. As a Loss Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating claims thoroughly, assessing payment eligibility, negotiating settlements, and facilitating payments to the Insured party.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Conduct loss adjusting activities for all claims, including interacting with various stakeholders, preparing detailed reports, reviewing policies, and coordinating payment processes.
  • Support Charles Taylor's business development efforts by cultivating client relationships, participating in client acquisition strategies, and engaging in promotional activities.

**Requirements**

  • 2-5 years of experience in loss adjusting
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
