About the Role

We Are With You is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our team as a Safeguarding Manager. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong leader with a passion for safeguarding and a commitment to delivering high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of safeguarding policies and procedures
  • Provide leadership and guidance to Social Workers and other staff members on safeguarding issues
  • Work closely with external agencies and partners to ensure effective safeguarding practices
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate risks
  • Provide supervision and support to Social Workers to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality services
