To enhance our client service experience, we are seeking a dedicated Client Relations Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating client interactions, ensuring a smooth and professional service delivery.

Reporting to the Client Services Manager, the Client Relations Specialist will undertake a variety of administrative responsibilities aimed at providing exceptional support to both clients and internal teams.

Comprehensive training will be provided to candidates who exhibit a friendly demeanor and the capability to deliver a thorough coordination service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for designated clients regarding all service-related inquiries
  • Efficiently manage and coordinate client meetings and consultations, including liaising with relevant staff
  • Act as the first point of contact for any ad hoc client requests
  • Prepare and issue service amendments for any requests that fall outside the standard agreement
  • Generate and provide quotations for specific services as required
  • Deliver first-line support for client service inquiries via phone and email, including monitoring a shared communication channel
  • Document all relevant inquiries in the internal database

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in a client service role that demands strong organizational skills
  • A professional and approachable telephone demeanor
  • Ability to craft clear and informative emails
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience in providing service quotations is advantageous, but not mandatory
  • Effective problem-solving abilities
  • Adaptability to changing priorities
  • Familiarity with industry-specific terminology is a plus
