Job Summary:

Hunter Bond is seeking a highly skilled Trade Reporting Specialist to join their Transaction Reporting team within Capital Markets Operations. As a key member of the team, you will provide strategic direction on the operational controls and analytical tooling surrounding Capital Markets Regulatory reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop effective operational controls that are supported by advanced technology solutions to ensure compliance with multiple regulatory jurisdictions.
  • Provide strategic direction on the operational controls and analytical tooling surrounding Capital Markets Regulatory reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry trends.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and ensure that the team's processes and controls are aligned with these changes.

Requirements:

  • Strong Trade Reporting background with experience in Capital Markets Regulatory reporting.
  • Strong Middle Office background with experience in operational controls and analytical tooling.
  • Knowledge of MIFID and product knowledge to include Debt, Equity, and OTC Derivatives.
  • Understanding of Jira and other project management tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
