Job Title: Highways Project Engineer

Our client, a leading organization in the transportation sector, is seeking a skilled Highways Project Engineer to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in managing traffic signals and ensuring smooth traffic flow across various projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage traffic signals and traffic management systems for various projects
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop project plans and design traffic management schemes
  • Conduct traffic surveys and data analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimize traffic flow
  • Coordinate with contractors and consultants to ensure timely and efficient implementation of traffic management projects
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of traffic management systems, making recommendations for improvements when necessary
  • Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in traffic management
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project progress and findings
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in traffic management, particularly in managing traffic signals
  • Strong understanding of traffic management schemes and systems
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in traffic management
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret and apply traffic data
  • Proficiency in using traffic management software and tools
