Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing a high standard of care to our residents. You will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities, providing emotional support, and promoting independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Assist with meal preparation and serving
- Participate in resident care planning and implementation
- Contribute to a safe and clean environment
Requirements
- SVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification
- At least 6 months experience working as a Care Assistant or equivalent role
- Interest in working with the elderly, with transferable skills
What We Offer
- Competitive hourly rate of £12.10
- £2,000 welcome bonus (paid in four instalments of £500 each, distributed quarterly over the next 12 months)
- Contracted up to 44 hours per week
