Service & Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service & Sales Manager to join our team at Office Angels. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in promoting our business centre, enhancing sales, and driving financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales & Marketing: Develop and maintain relationships with brokers and commercial agents to generate interest and secure new clients.
  • Drive Sales: Promote available spaces and negotiate commercial terms to maximize revenue.
  • Financial Management: Manage the financial performance of the centre, including billing, revenue collection, and financial reporting.
  • Client Services: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, health and safety, and security within the centre, and foster a culture of quality service and professionalism.
Requirements:
  • Solid experience in the operational running of a business centre or a similar environment.
  • Previous experience in office management is preferred.
  • Strong networking skills and the ability to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Effective leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
