Job Title: Commercial Vehicle Technician

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Vehicle Technician to join our team at First Military Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical advice, service, and maintenance to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers, ensuring their vehicles are repaired and maintained to the highest standards.
  • Work collaboratively with senior technicians and other team members to achieve excellent customer satisfaction and productivity.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records, ensuring compliance with relevant protocols and legislation.
  • Develop and maintain a supportive culture within the team, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technical knowledge and skills, ensuring the team's expertise remains relevant and effective.
Requirements:
  • ATA accredited and fully qualified, with a City & Guilds or NVQ qualification.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage processes, administration, and paperwork.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support, coach, and counsel colleagues.
  • A full driving license, with fewer than 9 penalty points, and evidence of 'Right to work in the UK'.
