The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Rabanne Ambassador at Selfridges London. As a key representative of our brand, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and promoting brand awareness through in-store events and product knowledge.

To succeed in this role, you must have a proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets, a deep understanding of the fragrance and make-up industry, and the ability to educate customers on the latest products and trends. You will also be responsible for engaging with new and existing clients, developing business opportunities, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and provide expert advice on Rabanne products
  • Drive sales and achieve sales targets through effective product knowledge and promotion
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
  • Participate in in-store events and product launches to promote brand awareness
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fragrance and make-up trends and products
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in the fragrance or make-up industry
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and during peak trading times
