The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Rabanne Brand Ambassador. As a key representative of our brand, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, educating customers on our latest products and trends, and promoting brand awareness through in-store events and social media.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and sales performance, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest make-up and fragrance trends, products, and technologies to educate customers and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives, supporting events and promotions to drive brand awareness and sales.
  • Utilize social media platforms to engage with customers, share product knowledge, and promote brand awareness.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in the fragrance or make-up industry, with a proven track record of delivering sales performance and customer service excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of the latest trends and technologies in the make-up and fragrance industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to support business needs and operations at weekends, evenings, and during peak trading times.
