Independent Sales Agent for AI Solutions

As a Sales Consultant at Opti365, you will engage in extensive interactions with clients and influential decision-makers, allowing you to demonstrate your skills and cultivate meaningful connections. We appreciate a proactive mindset and a desire to grow, and we anticipate that you will be prepared to begin promptly.
Your objective will be to secure a first call booking within 15 working days (or sooner), showcasing your capability and efficiency in generating new business leads. If you are a motivated individual with a proven success record and a strong interest in cybersecurity and AI offerings, we would like to connect with you.
Please note, this position is not ideal for those with limited sales experience or who require significant management and oversight. While we provide training and essential tools, we are primarily seeking proactive, self-sufficient independent professionals who excel in a self-directed environment.

- Strong research and lead generation skills.
- Proficient in utilizing Microsoft 365 (or equivalent) tools:
- Calendar management (Outlook/Teams)
- Email and audio/video communication (Teams)
General Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and investigate potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media, industry databases, and networking.
- Cold Outreach: Initiate contact with prospective clients through cold calls, emails, and social media messages to introduce our offerings and spark interest.
- Lead Qualification: Assess leads based on established criteria to ensure they align with our services.
- Appointment Scheduling: Arrange meetings or demonstrations with qualified leads for the pre-sales/technical team (if necessary).
- Monthly Reporting: Provide a general update on lead generation activities and outcomes once a month.
Compensation Structure:
- Commission-Only Role: 20% guaranteed minimum, with no upper limit: Your final closed deal price minus Fixed Base Price = Your Commission
- Unlimited Earning Potential: A suggested pricing level (benchmark) is provided to help you secure your 20% minimum commission, but you are welcome to set your prices and earn more if you are confident.
- Sales Cycle: Typically spans 1-2 months, allowing for promising results.
- OTE: Projected annual earnings of £72k based on an average of 2 closed deals per month at standard commission levels.
