Role Overview
We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to serve as the primary contact for our clients and provide essential support to our regional sales management team in sales-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
In the capacity of Sales Coordinator, your role will encompass:
- Identifying and nurturing new sales opportunities by proactively engaging with both potential and existing clients.
- Collaborating effectively with the warehouse team to guarantee timely delivery of products.
- Maintaining regular communication with our external sales representatives, ensuring prompt follow-up on all sales inquiries and quotations.
- Accurately recording activities and utilizing internal systems for efficient order processing.
- Inputting orders into our system and keeping sales records up to date.
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience in internal sales support or purchasing/sales order processing.
- The ability to foster and sustain strong client relationships while providing excellent customer service.
- Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and a solid level of numeracy and IT proficiency.
